Stepinac: the cardinal and his conscience is a Croatian documentary film from 2020 by Višnja Starešina . It was filmed in the production of Interfilm and the Croatian Catholic University. The film is the story of Alojzi Stepinac . The Croatian Catholic University is in this project because the Blessed Cardinal Stepinac is the patron of this University. The film is a story about the life of Alojzij Stepinac, about how he as a man and Archbishop of Zagreb coped with the greatest challenges of the 20th century, about the global and universal meaning of his work, about the reasons for not accepting his character and works that follow him to this day, about the relevance of his examples and the universality of his messages in today’s time.
